Unlimited initial 30 minute or less telephone consultations on regulatory audits letters, manufacturer performance communications, suspected theft/fraud on dealership, lawsuits filed against dealership or personnel acting on behalf of dealership.*
1 standard newspaper (up to full page) or 30 second TV advertisement compliance review per month.
Limited to advertisements promoting vehicles for sale, including standard third-party lender financing promotions.
Lease or prize offers can be reviewed for additional fee; contact us for pricing for these offers.
Excludes initial review of dealer extended warranty offers or revised offers.
1 initial consumer dispute response letter per month.
1 hour of employment/regulatory compliance telephone consultation per month.
Discounted dealership legal services for monthly program clients (see list of discounted services, below; excludes premium franchise litigation services).

All Essentials services, plus:
1 additional standard newspaper (up to full page) or 30 second TV advertisement review per month (2 total).
2 additional initial consumer dispute response letters per month(3 total).
Half-day dealership facility visit per year for legal compliance review, manager/staff training, or other legal services arranged prior to attorney visit.
Full-size/Digital ($999/mo)
All Essentials and Standard services, plus:
2 additional full-page newspaper or 30 second TV advertisement reviews per month (4 total).
1 additional hour of employment/regulatory compliance telephone consultation or
Review and consultation on advertising compliance relating to digital media vehicle sales offers, including dealership website and official dealership social media, as identified by client.
Didn’t use it? Don’t lose it!
We want you to access your benefits!! Standard and Full Size plan clients can “bank” up to 12 ad reviews, 12 hours of employment/regulatory compliance consulting time, and 12 dispute response letters that you don’t use as long as your engagement is active (meaning that you are current on your monthly retainer payments). Essentials plan clients can bank up to 6 ad reviews, 6 consumer response letters, and 6 hours of employment/regulatory compliance consulting time as long as your engagement is active.
